Recruitment Consultant Sydney

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our Labour Hire team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and filling jobs within the NSW Construction sector.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with candidates and identifying the best available talent for multiple labour-hire roles. You will work closely with Site Managers and Project Managers to ensure that they are satisfied with the quality of our temps being supplied.
Key Responsibilities- Hunting for the best available candidates across multiple platforms
- Screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates that meet our criteria
- Developing long-term relationships with candidates
- Creating and advertising job adverts via a range of media/job boards
- Liaising with clients to confirm job orders and role briefs
- General administration
- Providing expertise when consulting with candidates and clients
- Assisting with training new members of the team

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years' experience working on a labour hire desk, ideally within construction, trades or manufacturing industries. You will also need to be able to handle pressure, have great attention to detail, and be driven by career development.
