We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Property and Construction recruitment team, you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients and sourcing highly-specialist candidates within the Property and Construction sector.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and build relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Source highly-specialist candidates within the Property and Construction sector, utilizing a search-oriented methodology.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- At least 3-5 years of recruitment agency/search recruitment experience.
- Strong track record of billings and ability to win and develop clients.
- Headhunting background and sales mentality.
- Degree educated, ideally within a relevant subject to Construction or Property.
- Strong commission structure and continual investment in employees.
- Regular social events with the team and healthcare package.
