Highly Motivated Payroll Applications Support Team Leader Required

Australia Post is seeking a skilled leader to join its growing Payroll Operations team.
We are looking for a talented individual with strong leadership skills, ability to manage payroll application sprints, and ensure effective resource allocation, system testing, and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP payroll systems and Time & Attendance processes, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex Tier 3 payroll queries.
Key responsibilities include leading the successful delivery of payroll system enhancements, process improvements, and related projects, driving initiatives to optimise payroll accuracy, efficiency, and automation while resolving complex system and process issues.
- Manage the testing, validation, and issue resolution for payroll system upgrades and patches, collaborating with IT, HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure seamless system functionality and compliance with payroll requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system changes and processes, oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle for SAP Payroll updates, and provide Tier 3 support for system-related payroll queries, ensuring effective troubleshooting and training.
