We are seeking a highly motivated Behaviour Analyst Intern to join our team. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to gain hands-on experience in applied behaviour analysis theory and practice, while working closely with experienced professionals.

Collaborate with the Behaviour Support and Therapy teams to facilitate collaboration across departments.">Engage in direct behaviour therapy sessions under the supervision of our Team Leaders and Clinical Director.">Participate in functional behaviour assessments, support plan development, caregiver training, data analysis, and reporting.">Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised skill acquisition programs and behaviour support plans.">Develop resources and materials for program implementation, including data tracking sheets and communication records.">Analyse client data using our online data collection system to inform program decision-making.">Play a role in implementing group programs to foster a collaborative learning environment.">Assist in writing progress reports and exit summaries to ensure clear communication of client achievements.">Support Registered Behaviour Technicians through observations, feedback, and monthly sessions.">Attend weekly team meetings, meet minimum supervision requirements, remain current with research, and contribute to the growth of our team.">">
