Leading Mechanical Engineer

Drive the transition to renewable energy systems and decarbonisation as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.

As a key member of our engineering team in Adelaide, you will be responsible for providing technical support in engineering and design processes for oil and gas pipelines, performing pipe stress analysis, developing and supporting FEED and design studies, and participating in risk assessment & SMS workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support in the Engineering and Design processes for oil and gas pipelines
  • Performing pipe stress analysis
  • Developing and supporting FEED and Design studies
  • Participating and supporting in Risk assessment & SMS workshops
  • Preparing and supporting cost estimates, equipment summaries, and tender packages
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the design of Oil & Gas pipelines
  • In-depth knowledge of AS2885 and other relevant Australian acts, regulations, standards, and codes related to the pipeline industry
  • CPEng
  • Ability to perform engineering tasks with minimal supervision
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering
