Unlock a rare opportunity as an Operations and Maintenance Team Lead in our Power Station team. We seek an experienced professional to drive maintenance and operation excellence.

As a key member of our team, you will assist in maintaining a high-performance culture, coordinate the annual work plan, and ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team to achieve maintenance and operation of equipment in accordance with best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual work plan and coordinate its execution, including resource optimization.
  • Coordinate and monitor performance delivery for Alinta personnel and contractors alike.
  • Prepare detailed work scopes and procedures for routine maintenance tasks, outages, capital projects, and plant improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Certificate III in relevant discipline: electrical, instrumentation or dual trade.
  • Industry experience in power station operation and/or maintenance, including gas turbine generators and/or gas reciprocating engines.
  • Technical experience with advanced process control systems, including maintenance and modifications.
