We are looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team.
This role involves supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours, and developing strategies to promote positive outcomes.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within the NDIS framework, and qualifications in Behaviour Support or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support participants and their families through assessments and person-centred planning
- Develop and implement evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support plans
- Advocate for the elimination of restrictive practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services

Requirements:
- Extensive experience working within the NDIS framework

- Experience working with diverse populations and communities
