  • Adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families through effective communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and service to the elderly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is desirable but not essential
