We are seeking a highly skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness during food preparation and ingredient storage.
  • Ensure ingredients are prepared in advance and stored correctly to meet the service requirements.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure they have the necessary ingredients ready for service, and assist with general kitchen duties as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety guidelines to maintain high standards of food handling and preparation.
  • Prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications to ensure consistency across dishes.
  • Assist with stock rotation and monitor ingredient levels to ensure smooth operation throughout service.

Our ideal candidate will possess experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. Familiarity with Asian ingredients is beneficial but not essential. Reliability and punctuality are crucial for this role.
