  • Prepare salads and cold larder items for all areas of the hospital.
  • Food preparation for the salad and cold larder area.
  • Basic food preparation including plating and presentation of food items.
  • Cleaning duties, including fridges and preparation area.
  • Monitor and record relevant food safety data.
  • Work with the patient ordering system Chefmax.

We require:

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
