This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for overseeing a project portfolio, building strong client partnerships, and ensuring the highest standards of service across our Australian operations.What You'll DoLead and inspire a national operations portfolio to achieve strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
Drive commercial success, ensuring delivery against annual revenue and margin targets.
Oversee five operational Directors and their teams to ensure performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Represent Aspen Medical at the highest levels with government, industry, and community stakeholders.
Champion continuous improvement, service innovation, and workforce excellence.
Foster a high-performance culture aligned to our mission, values, and long-term goals.
What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a dynamic and values-driven leader who will bring vision, commercial acumen, and proven results.
You will bring:Senior executive management experience in complex, high-pressure environments.
A track record of building trust and influencing at executive and government levels.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management capability.
The ability to lead through ambiguity, while inspiring collaboration and accountability.
Tertiary qualifications in business, health, or related disciplines (desired).
