Quality Clinical Coding Specialist Needed
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced clinical coder to work closely with clinicians and abstract relevant information from patient records.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-AM and ACHI codes and perform Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG) grouping.
- Initiate clinical documentation queries as required to clarify documentation and support code assignment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A nationally recognised certificate in ICD-10-AM Coding and Classification.
- Experience using 3M Codefinder & Turbocoder.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
