- Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring legal and commercial compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering positive relationships between the client, subcontractor and supplier.
- Contract Management:
- Review, negotiate, and amend contracts.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance.
- Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery and project close out.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client.
- Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance.
- Working knowledge of project administration and project control.
