Job Description:

Strategic Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of housing for Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families.

As part of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for supporting investment modelling, scenario analysis, and feasibility assessments that inform our acquisition and development strategies. Your work will directly contribute to performance improvement and commercial sustainability across our national housing portfolio.

  • You will use your analytical capabilities to help us make informed decisions about our property investments and operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver high-quality commercial and investment analysis.
  • Our property portfolio includes leasing, acquisitions, and developments. You will be involved in all aspects of this process, from research and analysis to presentation and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform strategic recommendations.
  • Provide high-quality commercial and investment analysis to support our strategic provisioning and housing objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modelling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
