Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Specialist with excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems. This role is part of our technical team where you will play a key part in developing, maintaining and enhancing enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Delivering reliable, maintainable code from fully defined user stories
  • Building and refining front-end components using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS and CSP.NET
  • Developing and automating workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Assisting in AI integration projects including work with Python
  • Collaborating with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
  • Helping bring internal tools and products to market through iterative development and support
Requirements:
  • A working understanding of Dynamics 365 and its ecosystem
  • Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CSP.NET
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Exposure to Python and an interest in AI and automation
  • Bonus: Experience with C#, .NET Framework, Azure Services or Microsoft Copilot/Azure OpenAI
  • A proactive mindset, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to grow
