About the Role
Hairhouse is seeking a skilled and confident Body Piercing Specialist to join our team. As a Body Piercing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional piercing services to our clients, while also developing your retail skills across jewelry and hair care products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide precision piercing services to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of piercing types and jewelry, including after-care and resizing
- Maintain a clean and safe piercing studio, adhering to Council, OH&S, and Hairhouse standards
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, creating a loyal customer base
- Support the Retail and Salon teams in between piercing clients, promoting a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in the ear piercing industry
- Infection Control Certification
- Experience in best practice hygiene protocols
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A strong interest and understanding of piercing trends
