About This Opportunity

Hairhouse is seeking a skilled Body Piercer to lead our in-store piercing team and develop their retail talents across jewellery and hair care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional piercing experiences for every client
  • Provide education on after-care, check-ups, and jewellery resizing
  • Maintain the piercing studio to meet and exceed Council, OH&S, and Hairhouse standards
  • Foster a piercing community between the store and clients to develop loyalty
  • Support the Retail and Salon teams between piercing clients

Requirements

  • 1+ year ear piercing industry experience
  • Infection Control Certification
  • Experience in best practice hygiene protocols
  • Thorough understanding of piercing types and jewellery
  • Strong organisational skills
