This role will lead our ANZ marketing efforts to drive organizational growth.

You will develop, oversee, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the region.

The ideal candidate will analyze performance against forecast sales, report ROI, and inform future activities with data-driven insights.

The successful applicant will have strong relationship-building skills, project management expertise, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Objectives:
  • Revenue Growth: Drive significant revenue growth in the ANZ region through effective marketing strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads to fill the sales pipeline.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and exploit new market opportunities to expand Soprano's presence and customer base in the ANZ region.
  • Customer Acquisition: Increase the number of new customers through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Customer Retention: Improve customer retention rates by developing marketing programs that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility and recognition in the ANZ region.
  • ROI Optimization: Ensure all marketing activities deliver a strong return on investment.

Responsibilities:

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Team.
  • Market Analysis: Research and analyze regional markets to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
  • Budget Management: Develop and monitor regional budgets to ensure strong ROI on marketing investments.
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project management of regional campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with regional stakeholders and external vendors.
