POSITION SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Field Marketing Manager (business title as Regional Marketing Manager ANZ) to join our dynamic marketing team and lead our ANZ marketing efforts supporting organizational growth in ANZ. This business-critical role will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the region.

You will be responsible for analyzing performance against forecast sales, reporting ROI, and using learnings to inform future activities. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to deliver projects on time and budget, and a collaborative spirit to contribute to a supportive, creative, and stimulating working environment. With a focus on lead generation, marketing automation, digital, and CRM programs, this is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and make a significant impact on our business.

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Revenue Growth: Drive significant revenue growth in the ANZ region through effective marketing strategies that support sales efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Generate a high volume of quality leads to fill the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential customers.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and exploit new market opportunities to expand Soprano's presence and customer base in the ANZ region.
  • Customer Acquisition: Increase the number of new customers through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Customer Retention: Improve customer retention rates by developing marketing programs that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility and recognition in the ANZ region, positioning Soprano as a leader in mobile messaging solutions.
  • ROI Optimization: Ensure that all marketing activities deliver a strong return on investment by monitoring performance, optimizing strategies, and managing budgets effectively.
  • Collaborative Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide the necessary marketing tools, insights, and collateral to drive conversions and support sales efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Regional Marketing Strategy and execution: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Team, aligning with global marketing goals to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Research and analyze regional markets to identify new opportunities and potential customers, becoming the go-to expert for the region.
  • Budget Management: Develop and monitor regional budgets, ensuring strong ROI on marketing investments and managing financial aspects like cost estimates, reconciliations, and timely invoicing.
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project management of regional campaigns, both traditional and digital, producing collateral for all customer touchpoints and managing multiple projects efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with regional stakeholders, including product, sales, and legal teams, as well as external vendors and agencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating the sales conversion process.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE TO SUCCEED:

  • Proven success in developing and executing regional marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, SEM Rush).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
