This is a dynamic leadership position in a fast-paced sports bar and restaurant environment, where you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, team management, and fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish performance standards and monitor staff responsibilities.
- Analyze food and beverage costs.
- Manage revenue, profit margins, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with front and back of house teams to maintain high standards.
- Promote catering services and private event bookings.
- Evaluate staff performance.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to apply analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of craft beer is an asset.
Requirements:- RSA & RCG qualifications.
- Limited legal rights to work in Australia.
