About the Role

The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times, supporting the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store. This involves taking the time to learn our customers' needs and recommending fantastic products that make them feel so good.

Key Responsibilities

  • To uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
  • To offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into our products and philosophy.
  • To take a genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry, being confident in reaching store targets and sales.
  • To be an active contributor to our collective by being agile, tenacious and optimistic, working as part of a team and being open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with previous retail experience who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular focus on building rapport with customers. The ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to Sunday and be committed to providing excellent customer service.
