Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our part-time business development efforts.

  • Develop and implement proactive sales strategies targeting the MICE business group and corporate segment, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • IDentify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with senior leadership to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Cultivate a culture of efficiency and organization in all aspects of site inspections, proposals, and contract management.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals and contracts that meet the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain a loyal customer base by providing exceptional service and support, driving long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
  • Lead Conversion: Identify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues, to drive business success.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct thorough and efficient site inspections to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and contracts that meet the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
