The role requires managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of SME and commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions and risk management advice, collaborating with underwriters to secure competitive terms, and identifying new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in general insurance, preferably in broking or account management
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and risk management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance broking qualifications (Tier 2 acceptable if willing to upgrade)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and stay organised
