Job Title: High Voltage Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced High Voltage Specialist to lead and mentor our growing team of electrical engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-voltage electrical design and excellent leadership skills.

  • Deliver high-quality, detailed electrical designs and documentation to meet client and project specifications
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to the team, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project timelines
  • Liaise with stakeholders and clients to shape and refine scopes of work

Candidates with valid Australian working rights will be considered for this position. This is a mid-senior level role requiring:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years' experience in low-voltage electrical design (switchboards, power distribution, control panels, etc.)
  • Proven leadership experience or demonstrated mentoring capability
  • Eligible for state-based engineering registration

The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder communication and report writing skills, as well as strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
