About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-driven professional to join our Integrated Delivery team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in media and brand campaigns.

The successful candidate will work alongside a supportive and talented group of project leads, designers, social and podcast specialists to bring integrated campaigns to life across radio, digital, social, experiential and podcasting platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across various platforms
  • Coordinate timelines, briefs, client deliverables and approvals
  • Assist with podcast campaign management, including asset creation, campaign tracking, reporting and delivery of all podcast elements on time and on brand
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build and execute campaigns
  • Communicate and build relationships with talent and their managers across broadcast and podcast
  • Ensure a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders
  • Help deliver market-leading client experiences and post-campaign insights
  • Prepare post-campaign reports

Requirements:

  • Around 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role, ideally in media, marketing, advertising or content
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow within a high-performing team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach - even under pressure
  • A love of people, creativity, and getting things done well
