Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair heavy duty diesel engines and associated systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
  • Collaborate with other technicians to achieve efficient workflow
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in heavy duty diesel mechanics
  • Trade qualification in a relevant field (e.g. automotive or heavy vehicle)
  • Strong understanding of diesel engine technology and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Work Environment:

The role is based on a 2/1 roster, FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns. Flights to and from site are covered, as well as meals and accommodation while on roster.
