Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Painter.

  • Assess and prepare surfaces before painting (cleaning, sanding, filling cracks and holes).
  • Apply primers, sealers, and base coats to achieve a long-lasting and durable finish.
  • Mask and cover areas to protect surfaces not being painted.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and materials.

Responsibilities will include:

Surface Preparation

Identify and address surface imperfections prior to painting.

Apply coatings to ensure a smooth and even finish.

Protect surrounding areas from paint and debris.

Painting & Finishing

Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and coatings according to project specifications.

Utilize various tools and techniques to achieve high-quality finishes.

Evaluate and adjust application methods as needed.

Technical Work

Choose the appropriate materials and techniques for each project.

Work with a variety of paints, including water-based, oil-based, and specialty coatings.

Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Inspection & Adjustments

Conduct final inspections to ensure smooth and professional finishes.

Perform necessary touch-ups and corrections.

Maintain detailed records of completed work and materials used.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Painter in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
