Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and choice.
  • Manage medication administration, documenting progress and interventions accurately.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
  • Current registration (Nursing).
  • Experience providing nursing services in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
