Job Description:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope of practice
  • Provide person-centred care to ensure a safe environment and improve quality of life through activities such as assessing physical, social and psychological requirements, creating and updating care plans, and ensuring clinical quality compliance standards
  • Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Full, unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle for work purposes
