Job Title: Senior Manager, Inflight Product Strategy

Qantas is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Inflight Product Strategy, to lead the development of product strategy across our inflight product portfolio, including Food, Beverage & Service, Aircraft Products, and Inflight Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of strategic product plans across the inflight product portfolio
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and assess commercial and customer opportunities
  • Develop and implement product policies and frameworks, investment profiles, and implementation plans
  • Oversee key governance and reporting activities to ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in a similar role within a highly complex, matrixed and industrialised organisation
  • Degree qualified (commercial, analytical degree preferred, or consulting/finance experience required)
  • Proven knowledge of Qantas internal data sources (customer and commercial) and ability to directly source
  • Proven problem solving & analytical skills (including awareness of human behaviours and emotive factors) and commercial acumen with ability to work and contribute to high performing collaborative team
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences
  • High level of computer literacy with extensive knowledge of excel, PowerPoint and word
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of motivated and engaged individuals
