Product Strategy Manager

As a key member of our product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to envision, launch, and optimize products that drive our growth and shape the future of HelloFresh Australia.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies that align with our business goals. This includes analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining product roadmaps that align with business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and optimize products
  • Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to inform product decisions
  • Developing and maintaining product metrics and analytics to measure performance
  • Partnering with marketing teams to align product strategies with marketing initiatives

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements include:

  • 4-6 years of experience in product strategy or management
  • Ability to develop data-driven strategies and actionable roadmaps
  • Effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders to build consensus and drive team motivation
  • Understanding of web-based consumer behavior and UX principles
  • Strong analytical and intermediate SQL skills
