Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Consultant to fill a key role within our team in Bendigo. As an Interior Design Consultant, your primary focus is to provide comprehensive and outstanding support and assistance to our clients through the selection process for their new home in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare for scheduled appointments ensuring that all documentation to conduct the consultation are correct and in place.
  • Provide clients with suggestions, guidance and advice on selecting internal and external colour schemes, appliances and fittings within our ranges.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on all products and upgrades.
  • Complete all documentation and detailed variations required to facilitate the customers colour and material selections within set timelines.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and other relevant departments.
  • Host gallery tours and design exhibitions.
  • Stay up to date on new, emerging market trends and product knowledge.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and delivering exceptional customer service. They will be skilled at communicating effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues alike. If you've got previous experience in interior or lighting design within residential building and construction, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As an Interior Design Consultant, you will need to be an excellent communicator and able to build strong relationships with a wide range of clients. You will also need to be flexible and able to positively contribute to a dynamic team in order to achieve set targets and KPIs.
