Our tailored services offer 24-hour support in individual apartment accommodation, ensuring fuller, better lives for members with complex disabilities.

This pivotal role focuses on developing new business opportunities to expand our services; as part of the community and client-facing team you will be instrumental in driving growth and enhancing lives of many.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Allied Health Professionals, Support Coordinators, Mental Health Units and key stakeholders
  • Generate leads via cold and warm outbound calls
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our services, value proposition and target market
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs
  • Identify new business opportunities and promote United for Care by attending relevant expos and industry events
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the NDIS and relevant funding models
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist in sales and promotional activity

About You

  • Demonstrated experience of success in sales and business development roles within service industries (preferably Health and/or Human Services)
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Scheme and Disability Services
  • Hunger to identify and pursue new business opportunities while changing lives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of cold calling
  • Valid Driver's License with own vehicle
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing highly desirable
