The Head of Operations - Fresh Produce position will report into our General Manager, Produce. You will be responsible for two key operations focus areas representing stores within the Fresh Produce business unit and ensuring activities are fit to land in store as well as being the SME (i.e. the voice of stores) and are accountable for designing operating models.

Our Commercial team is a large but close-knit group. We bring diversity of thought, backgrounds, and experience to every Business Unit at Coles Supermarket and Coles Local. About Your Skills

  • Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working successfully with senior management to deploy initiatives aligned to business objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver buying strategies and meet business needs for quality and financial results.
  • Support the design and delivery of both BAU and transformational in-store activities that grow sales and profit.
  • Influence strategy design and execution to ensure initiatives are fit to land for stores.
  • Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field, e.g. Commerce, Marketing.
