Job Overview

This is a key leadership position responsible for the development and implementation of document control processes and systems on a large-scale construction project.

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead a team of document controllers, develop procedures and guidelines, and provide technical writing skills for document creation and formatting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement document control processes and systems
  • Lead a team of document controllers, providing training, mentorship, and development opportunities
  • Develop and maintain document control procedures and guidelines
  • Review and process documents with high levels of detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide technical writing skills for document creation and formatting
  • Manage the control and distribution of all relevant project documentation
  • Educate alliance personnel in the use of collaborative systems
Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in document control, preferably on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a high-performing team
  • Experience leading and mentoring document control and administration staff
