SkyCity Entertainment Group is seeking a charismatic and organized Host to lead the welcoming experience at SOL Rooftop, our newest entertainment venue in Adelaide.

About SOL Rooftop

SOL Rooftop exudes West Hollywood casual sophistication with South Australian taste. Our rooftop bar offers haute cuisine in a relaxed setting with late-night cocktails, creating a lively atmosphere for big nights out.

As a Host, you will be responsible for:

  • Crafting a positive first impression by embodying the playful sophistication of SOL Rooftop
  • Managing online reservations and event inquiries with precision
  • Providing detailed information about our menu and facilities to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and highly organized individual who can create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a memorable welcome experience for every guest
  • Efficiently managing reservations and events to ensure seamless service
  • Building relationships with our guests and providing personalized recommendations
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Confidence in interacting with customers
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Previous experience in a hosting role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Availability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
