About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at GPT Group. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the asset marketing strategy for Charlestown Square.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing the annual marketing plan and calendar for Charlestown Square, reviewing and tracking progress, and presenting updates to stakeholders as required.
  • Deliver campaigns and events with a focus on in-centre activations and events, supporting post-campaign analysis, including gathering retailer feedback, analysing sales performance, and tracking foot traffic/event attendance.
  • Provide up-to-date information on centre marketing campaigns and events across all digital channels, managing social media to ensure timely and relevant content.
  • Coordinate retailer-specific initiatives and joint promotions to support key or new retailers, ensuring participation in relevant digital opportunities and centre-based promotions/events.
  • Assist in communicating key research and data insights from research to ensure opportunities are leveraged and review internal marketing reports.
  • Perform general administration tasks as required by the Marketing Manager, including supporting the Centre Management team with new tenants, raising purchase orders, and tracking expenditure through campaign budget tracking.

Requirements


We are looking for a Marketing Executive with prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector. You will have a good understanding of the latest marketing trends, strong communication skills, and exceptional abilities in the MS Office suite. You will also be able to identify key priorities, develop timelines, and deliver initiatives on time and within budget, while building effective stakeholder relationships.
