Leadership Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Specialist to drive the implementation of leadership development programs, succession planning and talent initiatives across our organisation.

  • Develop and implement leadership development strategies to enhance organisational capabilities.
  • Design and deliver training programs for leaders and future leaders.
  • Conduct succession planning and talent management activities to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation by facilitating cross-functional teams and encouraging knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate annual engagement surveys to gauge employee sentiment and develop strategies to improve engagement.
  • Support the performance development discussion process including quarterly check-ins and development plans.
  • Collaborate with WHS teams to implement psychosocial hazard management initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate employee value proposition and organisational vision.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational psychology or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in leadership development with a focus on organisational strategy.
  • A flair for influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project delivery skills.
  • Solid understanding of internal communication strategy and mediums.
  • High energy and strong work ethic.
  • A passion for making a difference in people's professional journeys.
  • Creative, innovative and solutions focussed.
  • Experience in mining or resource sector preferred.
  • Experience in generalist HR desirable.
