About the Role
The Project Coordinator provides administrative project support for national teaching awards and programs. The focus is on collaboration, efficiency, delivery, and client service to optimise initiatives across the Australian Higher Education sector.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Contribute to operational plans to achieve Universities Australia objectives.
- Support production and workflow processes to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Monitor social media and create content.
- Write, edit, and proofread a monthly newsletter.
- Translate OLT guidelines, templates, and resources with guidance.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including coordinating tasks and monitoring progress.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote the program.
- Write, edit, and proofread a monthly newsletter to keep stakeholders informed.
- Translate OLT guidelines, templates, and resources to support program delivery.
