Early Childhood Educator
At our state-of-the-art early learning centre, we are seeking a skilled Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 3-5 years.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator who can effectively implement engaging and child-centred programs, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Conduct observations and assessments to inform teaching practices and enhance child outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of children's progress and program activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective communication strategies

Requirements:
  • A recognised university qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Current registration with the National Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Up-to-date first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma certifications
  • Current Child Protection training or willingness to obtain
  • Safe Food Supervisor qualifications or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrated understanding of current early childhood legislation, regulations, and pedagogy
  • High-level interpersonal skills, initiative, and proactive problem-solving ability
  • Strengths-based approach in working with children, families, and colleagues
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Sound computer skills
  • Ability to meet pre-employment checks and working rights in Australia
