We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Sydney campuses team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Diploma qualified Educator with at least two years of full-time work experience in an Early Childhood setting to work with our friendly, supportive and fun teams.

About The Role

This full-time role offers the chance to provide high quality education, development and care to the children in our campuses while delivering an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families.

  • Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
  • Provide high-quality education and care to the children in our campuses.
  • Interact with each child in a warm and responsive way and build trusting relationships.
  • Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for the children at the campus.
  • Provide childcare services that comply with the national regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and support the Early Years Learning Framework.
Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organization (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications)
  • Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience
  • A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development
  • A creative, supportive and cooperative team player
