
Senior Motor Claims Specialist

Manage a portfolio of motor claims including third party repairs/demands in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained while building professional relationships.
- Process and handle complex claim scenarios in accordance with established procedures.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to report on claim progress and developments.
- Utilize technical expertise to investigate and assess claims ensuring appropriate strategies are implemented.
- Negotiate with other insurers and parties to achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders involved.
Minimum two-years insurance experience mandatory. Sound knowledge of Australian Road Rules required.
- Experience handling claims management processes and procedures across various general insurance product lines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage competing resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
