Tax and Treasury Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax and Treasury Professional to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of our Tax and Treasury function, you will play a critical role in supporting activities conducted across Tax, Treasury, and Insurance for Holcim's Australian and New Zealand operations.
Key responsibilities- Assist with tax compliance, including reviewing quarterly income tax calculations, tax group reporting packages, tax returns, GST returns, FBT returns, and fuel tax credit calculations.
- Provide tax advice to business units and specialist functions and assist with tax-related aspects of projects.
- Prepare treasury reporting packages and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Assist with liquidity and FX hedging requirements and bank platform management.
- Support insurance policy renewals and ad-hoc insurance queries.
- Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Law.
- 1 to 3 years PQE experience.
- Strong desire to grow knowledge base, expand capabilities, and skillset.
- Developing knowledge of Australian tax laws.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills and high initiative.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
