Tax and Treasury Professional – Holcim
This is an exciting opportunity to join Holcim's Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) operations as a Tax and Treasury Professional. The role will support activities conducted across Tax, Treasury and Insurance, providing a great opportunity for a skilled professional to further their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role reports to the Head of Tax and Treasury ANZ and will support a range of activities conducted in the Tax and Treasury function for ANZ. These activities include tax reporting, tax compliance, tax advisory, treasury reporting, management of financial risks and insurance.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist with tax compliance, including reviewing quarterly income tax calculations, tax group reporting packages, tax returns, GST returns, FBT returns and fuel tax credit calculations.
- Provide tax advice to business units and specialist functions and assist with tax related aspects of projects.
- Prepare treasury reporting packages and assist with cashflow forecasting.
- Assist with liquidity and FX hedging requirements and bank platform management.
- Assist with insurance policy renewals and ad-hoc insurance queries.
About You:
- Degree Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or Law.
- 1 to 3 years PQE experience.
- Strong desire to grow knowledge base, expand capabilities and skillset.
- Developing knowledge of Australian tax laws.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills and high initiative.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
