Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creative producer in planning, organizing, and logistics for domestic and global campaigns, activations, and events.
  • Contribute to campaign idea development with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and sales across various platforms.
  • Develop project timelines and coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Foster relationships with external creatives and vendors, including photographers, stylists, hair & makeup artists, models, etc.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage on-set.
  • Manage studio inventory on and off set.
  • Oversee content library maintenance.
  • Coordinate asset requests from internal and external teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content production, or creative coordination roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design platforms.
  • Photography or video production experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Capture One, project management platforms, and asset storage systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
