Job Title: Marketing ProfessionalA marketing professional is needed to support the delivery of marketing collateral, coordination of events and sponsorships, tracking of campaign performance, and collaboration with sales and digital teams to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales support materials.
  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
  • Assist in drafting compelling copy for campaigns, eDMs, and promotional materials tailored to financial services audiences.
  • Plan and execute client and industry events, webinars, and sponsorship activities aligned with brand and strategic objectives.
  • Manage event logistics, control costs, and handle post-event analysis and follow-up communications.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies, including tracking expenses and processing supplier invoices accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the team on campaign assets, social media content, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts effectively support business development initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in marketing support, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Experience liaising with external suppliers and managing budgets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with digital marketing tools.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and under tight deadlines.
