Opportunities abound for an ambitious marketing professional to join our vibrant team in Mount Pritchard on a full-time 16-month contract with the potential to extend. This dynamic role involves developing and executing local marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive membership, and promote events across our Western Site venues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with operational teams to design and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Key duties include:

  • Assisting in the creation and execution of marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and boost event participation
  • Managing social media platforms by crafting engaging content, scheduling posts, and fostering audience interactions
  • Ensuring the venues' presentation and Google Business listings are up-to-date and accurately reflect current events, entertainment, and promotions
  • Collaborating with the communications team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints

Qualifications and skills required include:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field is highly regarded
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Initiative, flexibility, and capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
