Senior Project Architect Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our high-end project design and documentation efforts. As a key member of our architecture practice, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating with consultants to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role
  • Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate directly with senior staff on project design and documentation.
  • Manage client expectations and coordinate with consultants for seamless project delivery.
  • Apply strong construction knowledge from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Client Relationships: Manage client expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
  3. Consultant Coordination: Work closely with consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
  4. Construction Administration: Oversee construction administration and manage building contracts effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in architecture, with a focus on NSW standards.
  • Proven experience in project management, including on-site construction administration.
  • High proficiency in ArchiCAD and familiarity with QA systems.
  • Australian working rights and registration as an Architect in NSW are essential.
