Project Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced project architect to join our practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in creating meaningful architecture and looking to advance their career.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate directly with the Director on design and documentation of high-end projects.
  • Lead project management efforts ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee construction administration and manage building contracts effectively.
  • Apply strong construction knowledge to guide the project from concept to completion.
  • Mentor junior staff contributing to their professional development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in architecture with a focus on NSW standards.
  • Proven experience in project management including on-site construction administration.
  • High proficiency in ArchiCAD and familiarity with QA systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Australian working rights are essential.
