Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Lead Architect to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects across various types of residential developments from concept to completion.
  • Oversee and review project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor junior architects and contribute to the growth and development of the studio's knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural leadership roles, preferably in Class 1 residential projects.
  • Strong technical and documentation skills, including proficiency in software such as ArchiCAD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
